تحلیل محتوای مطالعات جهانی شهر هوشمند در مقابله با همه‌گیری کووید 19

چکیده

همه‌گیری کووید 19، شهرها را با چالش‌های گسترده‌ای مواجه کرده بود. سیاست شهر هوشمند یکی از راهکار‏‌های مؤثر در مقابله با این چالش‌ها در راستای توسعه پایدار شهری بوده و از این‌رو هدف این پژوهش، تحلیل محتوای مطالعات «شهرهای هوشمند و کووید 19» است. پژوهش حاضر از نظر هدف، کاربردی است که در آن از روش تحلیل محتوا و فنون علم‌سنجی استفاده شد. جامعه این پژوهش را 203 مطالعه مرتبط با «شهرهای هوشمند و کووید 19» در بازه زمانی 2019 - 2021 در پایگاه وب آو ساینس تشکیل می‌دهد. تحلیل داده‌ها با نرم‌افزارهای هیست­سایت، بایب­اکسل و اکسل؛ و ترسیم نقشه‌ها با نرم­افزارهای وی­او­اس ویوئر و سایت‌اسپیس انجام شده است. از نظر میزان تولیدات علمی، هر چند کالج دانشگاهی لندن دارای جایگاه اول است، اما ایالات متحده، کشور برتر و حوزه پژوهشی مهندسی و اتحادیه اروپا، به ترتیب حوزه پژوهشی و حامی مالی برتر بودند. براساس فراوانی، «همه‌گیری، فناوری‌های اطلاعاتی و پایداری شهرها» و براساس استناد، «برنامه‌ریزی شهری، تغییرات آب و هوایی و حریم خصوصی» مهم‌ترین موضوعات بودند. در مجموع 8 خوشه موضوعی (صلاحیت دیجیتال خود ادراک شده؛ جابجایی شهری؛ پایداری شهری؛ فناوری های نوظهور؛ احیای سبز؛ مدیریت بحران؛ چشم‌انداز پساکرونا؛ اقتصادهای شهری جدید) حاصل از مطالعات کشورهای مختلف شناسایی شد. مقابله با پیامدهای گسترده همه‌گیری کووید 19 در شهرها نیاز به آماده‌سازی زیرساخت‌ها و تدوین الگوهای پژوهش‌محور در عرصه سیاست­گذاری شهری دارد. در این راستا توجه به مطالعات جهانی به منظور شناسایی کنشگران برتر، ابعاد و موضوعات مهم، فناوری‌ها و ابزارهای مؤثر ضروری است.

چکیده [English]

The COVID 19 Pandemic has posed wide-ranging challenges to cities. The smart city policy is one of the effective solutions in dealing with these challenges in the direction of sustainable urban development. Therefore, the current study analyzes the content of scientific research related to "Smart Cities and COVID 19". The current research is practical in terms of its purpose, in which the method of content analysis and scientometric techniques were used. The population of this research consists of 203 indexed scientific research related to "Smart Cities and COVID 19" in 2019 - 2021 on the Web of Science. Data analysis with Histcite, Excel,  & BibExcel software; and data mapping was done with VOSViewer and CiteSpace software. In terms of science production, although University College London ranked first, the United States was the top country and the engineering research field and the European Union were top research field and sponsor, respectively. Based on frequency "epidemics, information technology and urban sustainability" and based on the citations "urban planning, climate change and privacy" were the most important topics. A total of 8 thematic clusters (self-perceived digital competence; urban mobility; urban sustainability; emerging technologies; green reclamation; crisis management; post-corona perspective; new urban economies) identified from different countries in this field. Dealing with the far-reaching consequences of the COVID 19 epidemic requires the preparation of infrastructure and the development of research-oriented models in the field of urban policy-making. In this regard, it is necessary to pay attention to rich global research to identify top actors, important dimensions and issues, technologies and effective tools.
