الگوی همکاری شرکت‌های دانش‌بنیان با مجموعه‌های صنعتی و اقتصادی، با تمرکز بر سیاست‌های تضمین خرید

چکیده

مدل‌های همکاری شرکت‌های کوچک دانش‌بنیان با مجموعه‌های صنعتی و اقتصادی جهت رفع نیازهای آنها و اتصال شرکت‌های دانش‌بنیان به بازار، اهمیت ویژه‌ای دارد. هدف مقاله حاضر ارائه الگوی توسعه همکاری‌های مشترک میان شرکت‌های کوچک دانش‌بنیان و مجموعه‌های صنعتی و اقتصادی، مبتنی بر روش تضمین خرید در بستر نهادی ایران است. در این پژوهش بر اساس روش مطالعه موردی و با استفاده از سه‌گانه اطلاعاتی مصاحبه، مرور مطالعات پیشین و بررسی شواهد و همچنین آمار و رویدادها، الگوی توسعه همکاری‌های مشترک میان شرکت‌های کوچک دانش‌بنیان و مجموعه‌های صنعتی و اقتصادی از طریق روش تضمین خرید ارائه شده است. برای طراحی الگو، ابتدا نُه چالش کلیدی در توسعه همکاری‌های مشترک شناسایی شدند که الگوی طراحی‌شده سعی نموده است به تمامی آن چالش‌ها پاسخ دهد. بر این اساس هفت کارکرد برای نهادهای میانجی مشتمل بر تأمین مالی، ضمانت، توانمندسازی، واسطه‌گری، تسهیل‌گری، سیاست‌گذاری و نهایتاً ارزیابی توانمندی‌های فنی، تخصصی و ارتباطی، شناسایی و تحلیل شده‌اند.

چکیده [English]

The cooperation models between small knowledge-based companies and Industrial and economic firms are important for meeting the needs of the larger firms and entering the knowledge-based companies to market.

The objective of the research is presenting a framework for developing the cooperation between small knowledge-based companies and Industrial and economic firms based on Guaranteed-Buys method in the context of Iran.

The research methodology was Case Study and the interview, literature review and investigation of the statistics and real events created the triangulation in this research.

At the first, the nine challenges in the cooperation between small knowledge-based companies and Industrial and economic firms in Iran were identified and thereafter the suggested framework tried to solve these challenges.

In the framework, the functions of financing, warranty, capability building, Intermediation, facilitating and policy making, technical capability assessment and relationship were identified and investigated deeply in the context of Iran for intermediaries.
