Interpretation of Scientific Authority for Educational Institutions by Applying Grounded Theory

Abstract

Scientific authority had been put forward by Ayatollah Khamenei in visiting Imam Sadiq (A.S.) University in 2006. Despite of the common understanding of this idea, the inferences are different, which leads to differences in the performances. This study brings to the forefront the heterogeneity of interpretations of the scientific authority , which may pave way for a better understanding the subject. Surveying the concept of authority, reviewing its main features, and upon referring to the elites, this study analyzed the collected data by applying Grounded Theory Strategy. Based on this strategy the conceptual model of scientific authority in seven areas and twenty five points is presented.
