Abstract
In this paper we reviewed different approaches about road mapping in educational systems and studied the researches about using system dynamics approaches in science and technology studies. Then we introduced this approach as a suitable approach for developing roadmaps in higher educational systems .We modeled a subsystem about transmission between academic majors with system dynamic approach. After testing the model with different statistical techniques, we identified and analyzed the behavior of these majors. We also showed the ability of the model in developing and evaluating different policies for the future. At the end of the paper we presented a software that is designed and implemented for this purpose. Key words: Road map, Modeling, Educational System, System Dynamics, Simulation
