تحلیل محتوای مقالات حوزه خصوصی‌سازی آموزش عالی در مجلات علمی کشور

چکیده

با توجه به گسترش خصوصی‌سازی در آموزش عالی و ظهور انواع دانشگاه پولی در کشور، ضرورت پژوهش و شناسایی آثار خصوصی‌سازی این بخش احساس می‌شود. با هدف مطالعه و بررسی سهم مقالات علمی در زمینه خصوصی‌سازی آموزش عالی ایران، شناسایی آثار خصوصی‌سازی آموزش عالی و دستیابی به راهکارها و پیشنهادهای پژوهشگران برای کاهش یا رفع آثار منفی آن در دوره زمانی 95-1370، با جستجو در پایگاه‌های اطلاع‌رسانی معتبر، 28 مقاله مرتبط با موضوع خصوصی‌سازی آموزش عالی استخراج و 223 راهکار و پیشنهاد از جنبه‌های مختلف سنخ‌شناسی به روش تحلیل محتوای مقوله‌ای مورد مطالعه قرار گرفت. ضریب اهمیت مقوله‌های استخراج‌شده به روش آنتروپی ‌شانون به دست آمد. نتایج نشان داد که علی‌رغم گسترش بی‌رویه خصوصی‌سازی در آموزش عالی و اهمیت آن، سهم پژوهش در این حوزه بسیار کم است. از بین آثار مثبت خصوصی‌سازی به ترتیب مقوله‌های کسب درآمد توسط دانشگاه‌ها، تنوع‌بخشی به آموزش عالی، صرفه‌جویی در هزینه‌ها وکاهش فشار مالی دولت، رشد کمّی آموزش عالی و همچنین جلوگیری از تمرکزگرایی و افزایش مشارکت مردم در امور مختلف، دارای بالاترین ضریب اهمیت و اولویت‌های اول تا سوم بوده است. از بین آثار منفی خصوصی‌سازی نیز به ترتیب مقوله‌های افزایش دانش‌آموختگان بیکار، کاهش کیفیت فرآیند آموزش، طبقاتی شدن آموزش به نفع طبقات بالای جامعه، رشد کمّی مراکز خصوصی آموزش عالی، مدرک‌گرایی و تقلب و فساد آموزشی به علاوه مشکلات ساختاری در راه‌اندازی دانشگاه‌های خصوصی دارای ضریب اهمیت بالا و اولویت اول تا سوم است. کلیدواژه‌ها: خصوصی‌سازی، آموزش عالی، خصوصی‌سازی آموزش عالی، تحلیل محتوی برای استنادات بعدی به این مقاله، قالب زیر به نویسندگان محترم مقالات پیشنهاد می‌شود: Ghoraishi khorasgani, M., Yamani, M., Zakersalehi, G., &  Mehran, G. چکیده [English]

Given the expansion of privatization in higher education and the emergence of a variety of monetary universities in the country, the necessity of research and identification of the effects of privatization of higher education is felt. The aim of the current study is analysis of scientific papers share in privatization of higher education in Iran, Identification of the effects of privatization and researchers' attainment of strategies and proposals in period if 1991-2016. To achieve this aim, Search the databases updated with the prestigious; 28 articles extraction and then the content analysis method were studied. After extraction, correlation of the important factor of issues was calculated by Shannon entropy and suggested 223 strategies and solutions of the typology was content analysis. Study results showed that, despite the extraordinary expansion of privatization and its importance, the contribution of research and articles to this field is very low and among the positive effects of privatization, the categories of income earning universities, diversification, saving spending and reducing government financial pressure, the quantitative scientific growth and the prevention of centralization, have the highest coefficient of importance and are in the first to third priority. Among the negative effects of privatization too, the categories of unemployed graduates, the reduction of the quality of teacher and student education, the classification of education for the benefit of the upper classes of the society, the quantitative growth privatization, degree orientation and fraud and corruption Educational, structural problems high priority factor and first to third priority.
