The Present study aimed to analyze intra-organizational factors in the tendency to use the articles and thesis production institutions. The study was conducted using a qualitative method and phenomenological approach. Sampling was done purposefully and with using criterion sampling. The sample size to the theoretical saturation of data was dependent that based on this, the lived experience of 22 experts in the realm of the subject was deeply investigated. The data are collected via semi-structured interviews, and was analyzed using Colaizzi strategy. Data analysis has led to the identification and categorization of five categories of effective intera-organization factors in the tendency to use the articles and thesis production institutions, including management, cultural, regulatory, educational and individual factors.
