تحلیل و بررسی فهم عمومی از فناوری نانو در بین دانشجویان
آگاهی عمومی مردم نسبت به علم و فناوری در موفقیت و توسعه فناوری در جامعه تأثیرگذار است و لذا مطالعه شناخت و نگرش مردم به علم و فناوری بسیار اهمیت دارد. در این میان، فناوری نانو به عنوان یک فناوری با قابلیت فوق العاده برای تولید طیف متنوعی از محصولات در حوزههای مختلف تلقی می شود. لذا فهم عمومی مردم نسبت به این فناوری در توسعه آن تاثیرگذار خواهد بود. هدف اصلی این پژوهش ارائه چارچوبی برای تحلیل و ارزیابی فهم عمومی از فناوری نانو در ایران بر اساس ابعاد مختلف و اجرای پیمایشی در این زمینه است. بر این اساس، پژوهش حاضر از نوع توصیفی بوده و برای انجام آن از روش مطالعات کتابخانهای (برای شناسایی ابعاد مختلف و تدوین چارچوب فهم عمومی نانوفناوری) و پیمایش (برای اجرای نسخه راهنما بر اساس چارچوب پیشنهادی) استفاده شده است. ابزارهای پیمایش نیز مصاحبه و پرسشنامه بوده است، که پرسشنامه آن، مجموعهای از شاخصهای فهم عمومی از علم و فناوری را در برمیگیرد. نتایج پژوهش نشان میدهد که میان ادراک دانشجویان از مخاطرات و مزایای فناوری نانو و همچنین میزان آشنایی دانشجویان رشتههای مختلف با فناوری نانو تفاوت وجود دارد؛ همچنین در میان متغیرهای جمعیتشناختی، جنسیت و گرایش مذهبی به ترتیب از جمله متغیرهای تأثیرگذار بر آشنایی و اعتماد به فناوری نانو بودهاند.

پردازش نظری اجرای پروژههای علم شهروندان در ایران
رویکردهای مشارکتی نظیر علم شهروندان، ابزاری مهم برای ارتقا و توسعه علم در هر جامعهای محسوب میشود. در کشور ایران پروژههای علم شهروندان در سطحی محدود اجرا میشوند و به طور فراگیر مورد استقبال عموم واقع نشدهاست که مبین شکافی میان عامه مردم و صاحبان دانشِ علم و سیاست در کشور است. این مطالعه، مدلی جامع برای اجرای علم شهروندان ارائه دادهاست و در این راستا با اتخاذ روش پژوهش نظریه دادهبنیاد چندگانه از طریق انجام مصاحبههای باز با 13 فرد خبره و مطالعه اسناد سیاستی و مقالات علمی به شناسایی ریشههای شکلگیری مشارکت، نحوه اجرای آن و پیامدهای حاصل از آن پرداختهاست. یافتههای این مطالعه نشان داد شکلگیری مشارکت در پروژههای علم شهروندان مستلزم تمایل به مشارکت از سوی شهروندان و تمایل به دموکراتسازی از سوی مجریان است و مزایایی چون ارتقا سرمایه اجتماعی، توسعه پایدار، رویکرد علم باز و بهرهوری را به همراه دارد که برای رسیدن به آن بر راهبردهای آموزش و تامین منابع انسانی، برنامهریزی فرایند پروژه، فراهمسازی زیرساخت فناورانه، فراهمسازی فضای مکالمه و اشتراکگذاری یافتهها تاکید شده است. در پایان با در نظر گرفتن وضعیت کشور، به شناسایی قوتها و ضعفهای بالقوه پرداخته و راهکارهایی جهت ترویج اجرای علم شهروندان ارائه داده است.

آزادی آکادمیک: تحلیلی کیفی بر بازنمایی تجارب ذینفعان نهاد علم در ایران
این مقاله به دنبال شناخت درک تفسیری جامعه علمی (استادان و دانشجویان) ایران از آزادی آکادمیک بوده و با استفاده از رویکرد کیفی از نوع پدیدارشناسی تفسیری انجام شده است. مشارکتکنندگان در پژوهش شامل 41 نفر از ذینفعان جامعه دانشگاهی (22 عضو هیأت علمی و 19 دانشجوی تحصیلات تکمیلی) از سه دانشگاه تهران، علامه طباطبائی و کردستان بودند. نمونهگیری از نوع هدفمند و با بیشینه تنوع انجام شد. برای جمعآوری دادهها از پروتکل مصاحبه نیمهساختارمند استفاده شد و مصاحبهها تا زمان رسیدن به اشباع نظری (از نوع اشباع مقولهای) ادامه یافت. از رویه تحلیلی دیکلمن و همکاران برای تحلیل اطلاعات مصاحبهها استفاده شد. برای اعتباربخشی یافتهها از ملاکهای چهارگانه گوبا و لینکلن استفاده شد. دادهها با استفاده از کدگذاری نظری تحلیل شدند که 5 مضمون فراگیر: آزادی در آموزش و پژوهش، فقدان هژمونی عقیده، آزادی بیان آکادمیک، استقلال دانشگاه و آزادی برای توانمندی و شکوفایی آکادمیک به عنوان درک جامعه دانشگاهی ایران از آزادی آکادمیک بهدست آمد. مضامین فراگیر استخراجشده، بیشترین انطباق مفهومی/تاریخی و استعاری را با الگوی صنفی از آزادی آکادمیک داشتند. درک از آزادی آکادمیک در بین استادان بیشتر ناظر بر الگوی صنفی و در بین دانشجویان بیشتر ناظر بر الگوهای لیبرال و مدنی بود. درک استادان، بیشتر بر مفهومسازی صنفی، شغلی و حرفهای از آزادی آکادمیک محدود بوده است. دانشجویان در مقایسه با استادان به دلیل عدم وابستگی سازمانی به نهاد بروکراتیک و فقدان سرمایههای در معرضِ خطر، دیدگاههای انتقادی و لیبرالتری نسبت به آزادی آکادمیک داشتند.

تبیین پدیده فرمگرایی علمی در نظام دانشگاهی ایران: عوامل و راهکارها
عدممشاهده اثر اجتماعی و اقتصادی پژوهشهای انجامشده در رفاه حال جامعه که حاکی از تولید صرف مقاله بدون توجه به اصالت مسئله موردمطالعه است، گواه متقنی بر گرفتاری فضای دانشگاهی کشور است که به ایجاد و تشدید پدیدهای تحت عنوان «فرمگرایی علمی» منتج شده است. فرمگرایی پدیدهای است که در رفتارهای اجتماعی و سایر عرصههای زندگی افراد نمود پیداکرده است، لذا نظام دانشگاهی و متعاقب آن عرصههای علمی تحت تأثیر این مسئله قرارگرفتهاند و چنانچه این مسئله حل نشود تبعات جبرانناپذیری بر بدنه نظام دانشگاهی ایران و بهتبع آن جامعه وارد خواهد کرد؛ بنابراین هدف اصلی پژوهش حاضر شناسایی عوامل مرتبط با پدیده فرمگرایی علمی در نظام دانشگاهی ایران و راهکارهای برونرفت از آن بود. بر این اساس پژوهشگران از رویکرد کیفی از نوع پدیدارشناسی برای بررسی این پدیده استفاده کردند. به همین منظور تعداد 13 نفر از صاحبنظران و سیاستگذاران دانشگاهی بهعنوان خبرگان با استفاده از روش نمونهگیری ملاکی و با توجه به اشباع مضمونی استقرایی مورد مصاحبه قرار گرفتند. برای تجزیهوتحلیل مصاحبهها نیز از روش تحلیل مضمون و برای بررسی اعتبار یافتههای پژوهش از سه روش بازبینی توسط مشارکتکنندگان در مصاحبهها، بازبینی توسط همکاران و بههمتنیدگی استفاده شد. یافتههای حاصل از تحلیل دادههای پژوهش نشان داد که عوامل مرتبط با ظهور پدیده فرم گرایی علمی در ایران را میتوان شامل: عوامل اقتصادی، اجتماعی، فرهنگی، سیاسی و نهادی و راهکارهای برونرفت از این پدیده را میتوان در سه راهکار اقتصادی، فرهنگی و نهادی برشمرد.

ناکارآمدی علوم انسانی در دانشگاه های ایران بر اساس تجربه زیسته دانشجویان: یک پژوهش پدیدارشناختی
حوزه علوم انسانی که از مبانی فکری و فلسفی آغاز شده و تا کاربردیترین دانشهای موردنیاز بشری امتداد یافته، به عنوان یکی از زیرساختهای مهم علمی، رابطه نزدیکی با مفهوم توسعه و پیشرفت دارد که بدون در نظر گرفتن این حوزه، مسیر علم و پیشرفت کند خواهد بود. هدف این مقاله، مطالعه تجربه زیسته دانشجویان پیرامون علل ناکارآمدی علوم انسانی در دانشگاههای ایران میباشد که از روش پدیدارشناسی و مصاحبه نیمهساختاریافته استفاده شده است، مشارکتکنندگان پژوهش از دانشجویان دانشکده روانشناسی و علوم تربیتی دانشگاه تهران و به روش هدفمند انتخاب شدند. ابزار پژوهش، مصاحبه نیمهساختاریافته بوده و جمعآوری دادهها در پنجاهوپنج مصاحبه به اشباع رسید. یافتهها حاکی از آن است که ناکارآمدی علوم انسانی در گرو عدم اعتلای دستاوردهای علمی و پژوهشی آن، عدم توجه کافی به رشته علوم انسانی در بحث سیاستگذاریهای کشوری و نبود بینش وسیع و جامع در حوزه علوم انسانی است. این موارد بیانگر وابستگی کامل علوم انسانی به نهادهای سیاستگذار است.

الگوی حکمرانی نظام علوم، تحقیقات و فناوری از منظر سیاستهای عرضه و تقاضا؛ با هدف رفع همپوشانیهای قانونی و عملکردی
این مطالعه با هدف شناخت همپوشانیهای قانونی و عملکردی نهادهای اصلی در سطح حکمرانی نظام علوم، تحقیقات و فناوری (شورای عالی عتف، وزارت عتف، معاونت علمی و فناوری ریاستجمهوری) انجام شده است. روش تحقیق، مطالعه کتابخانهای اسناد و گزارشهای موجود و تحلیل محتوای آنها بر اساس مدل عرضه و تقاضای فناوری، به منظور احصای همپوشانیهای قانونی و عملکردی حول 10 مقوله اصلی است. قلمروی زمانی تحقیق سال 1383-1398 برای بررسی قوانین و گزارشهای عملکردی نهادهای مطالعهشده بوده است. به منظور پیشنهاد چارچوب کلی تقسیم کار بین نهادهای مزبور نیز از روش گروه کانونی استفاده شده است. نتایج نشان میدهند در مقوله حمایت مالی و کمک بلاعوض علیرغم اینکه وظایف و اختیارات قانونی برای شورای عالی عتف پیشبینی شده، اما به لحاظ عملکردی، عمده فعالیتها توسط معاونت علمی و فناوری انجام میگیرد. در زمینه حمایت از نیروی انسانی، پژوهشهای مشترک و شبکهسازی که معطوف به تحریک سمت عرضه فناوری است، همپوشانی کمتری بین وظایف و عملکرد نهادهای مورد بررسی دیده میشود و عمده وظایف قانونی و خروجی عملکردی ذیل شورای عالی عتف و وزارت عتف است. همچنین تمرکز معاونت علمی بر سیاستهای تحریک تقاضا مشهود است. در زمینه قانونگذاری و استانداردسازی عمده وظایف قانونی ذیل شورای عتف قرار دارد. سیاستهای سیستمی نیز در عملکرد معاونت علمی به صورت پررنگتری قابل مشاهده است. بر اساس یافتههای تحقیق، بازنگری وظایف و اختیارات قانونی شورای عالی عتف در ارتباط با سیاستهای حمایت مالی، حفظ تمرکز وزارت عتف بر سیاستهای حمایت از نیروی انسانی، حمایت از پژوهشهای مشترک و حمایت از شبکهسازی، حفظ تمرکز سیاستهای تحریک تقاضا و سیاستهای سیستمی در مجموعه وظایف و اختیارات قانونی معاونت علمی و تداوم تمرکز شورای عالی عتف بر سیاستگذاری، قانونگذاری و هماهنگی پیشنهاد میشود.
