There are several ways to reach new generations of technology. Therefore, choosing the right method to acquire technology that optimizes time, cost and outcome is very important. Accordingly, this study aims to identify the optimal methods of technology acquisition in different conditions and situations using a three-dimensional model resulting from the interaction of factors related to owner, receiver and the nature of technology. The proposed model for selecting the appropriate method of technology acquisition includes several situations that are created by the interaction of 6 factors in 3 dimensions. These factors have been obtained from reviewing the literature and studying the existing technology acquisition models and standardizing a large number of family factors. The proposed methods are presented based on the status of the factors in two limit modes and in two categories: "optimal methods" and "possible but non-optimal methods". "Optimal" methods are methods that are fully compatible with the factors and are certainly the most appropriate method for technology acquisition. But "feasible but non-optimal" methods have been proposed in cases where there is no complete agreement with the factors of the situation, but the limiting factors do not violate that situation. In this way, each firm can extract and use "optimal methods" and "possible but non-optimal methods" appropriate to their specific situation by identifying the adaptation of their situation in relation to the factors of the model.  }, keywords = {Technological Acquisition Methods,Manual of Technological Acquisition Methods,Informal Technological Acquisition Methods,Technological Acquisition Models}, title_fa = {راهنمای انتخاب روش اکتساب فناوری: مدل سه‌بعدی برهم‌‌کنش عوامل مرتبط با مالک، گیرنده و ماهیت فناوری}, abstract_fa = {حفظ و ارتقای جایگاه شرکت‌‌ها در معادلات رقابتی، در گرو منابع فناورانه آن‌‌ها است. را‌‌ه‌‌های مختلفی برای دست‌‌یابی به نسل‌‌های جدید فناوری وجود دارد و لذا انتخاب روش مناسبی جهت اکتساب فناوری که زمان، هزینه و برآیند آن را بهینه نماید، دارای اهمیت زیادی است. بر همین اساس، این پژوهش با هدف شناسایی روش‌‌های بهینه اکتساب فناوری در شرایط و موقعیت‌‌های مختلف با استفاده از یک مدل سه‌بعدی ناشی از برهم‌کنش عوامل مرتبط با مالک، گیرنده و ماهیت فناوری انجام شده‌است. مدل پیشنهادی جهت انتخاب روش مناسب اکتساب فناوری شامل موقعیت‌‌های متعددی است که این موقعیت‌‌ها از برهم کنش 6 عامل در 3 بعد ایجاد شده‌‌اند. این عوامل از مرور ادبیات و مطالعه مدل‌‌های اکتساب فناوری موجود و یکسان‌‌سازی تعداد زیادی از عوامل هم‌‌خانواده به‌دست آمده‌‌اند. روش‌‌های پیشنهادشده براساس ترکیب وضعیت هر یک از عوامل در دو حالت‌‌ حدی، و در دو دسته «روش‌‌های بهینه» و «روش‌‌های امکان‌‌پذیر اما غیربهینه» ارائه شده است. روش‌‌های «بهینه» روش‌‌هایی هستند که با عوامل، تطابق کامل دارند و مطمئناً مناسب‌‌ترین روش برای اکتساب فناوری می‌‌باشند. اما روش‌‌های «امکان‌‌پذیر اما غیربهینه» در مواقعی پیشنهاد شده‌‌اند که تطابق کامل با عوامل وضعیت وجود ندارد اما عوامل محدودکننده، آن وضعیت را نقض نمی‌‌نمایند. بدین ترتیب هر بنگاهی می‌تواند با شناسایی و تطبیق وضعیت خود در مقایسه با عوامل مدل، «روش‌‌های بهینه» و «روش‌‌های امکان‌‌پذیر اما غیربهینه» متناسب با وضعیت خاص خود را از مدل استخراج نموده و مورد استفاده قرار دهد.  }, keywords_fa = {روش‌‌های اکتساب فناوری,راهنمای اکتساب فناوری,روش‌‌های غیر رسمی اکتساب فناوری,مدل‌‌های اکتساب فناوری}, url = {https://jstp.nrisp.ac.ir/article_13833.html}, eprint = {https://jstp.nrisp.ac.ir/article_13833_3b144252d6885a3acdda2682e2bcba25.pdf} }
