نقش مراکز رشد صادراتی در تسهیل ورود شرکت‌های دانش بنیان به بازارهای خارجی؛ مطالعه موردی مرکز نانوفناوری ایران در چین

چکیده

کارآفرینی بین‌المللی به جستجوی فرصت‌های توسعه کسب‌و‌کار در ورای مرزها می­پردازد. مراکز رشد خارجی می‌توانند نقش مهمی در تسهیل ورود شرکت‌ها به بازارهای خارجی داشته باشند، اما تاکنون تحقیقات کمی به نقش مراکز رشد خارجی در بین‌المللی‌شدن شرکت‌های فناور در کشورهای درحال‌توسعه پرداخته­اند. هدف این مقاله، ارزیابی نقش مراکز رشد خارجی در ورود شرکت‌های فناور به بازارهای خارجی است و برای این منظور، با رویکرد مطالعه موردی، خدمات ارائه‌شده توسط یک مرکز رشد مستقر در بازار چین به شرکت‌های نانویی ایران مورد بررسی قرار گرفته است. ابتدا با بررسی پیشینه تحقیق و سپس تحلیل مضمون مصاحبه با مدیران شرکت‌های استفاده‌کننده از مرکز رشد، خدمات مراکز رشد برای تسهیل ورود به بازارهای خارجی شناسایی و سپس اثر خدمات مرکز رشد در بهبود ریسک و کنترل شرکت‌ها در بازار هدف به‌صورت شماتیک تصویر شده و در انتها با روش تحلیل اهمیت-عملکرد، شکاف‌های موجود در خدمات مرکز رشد بررسی شده است. براساس نتایج تحلیل مضمون، 4 مضمون اصلی شامل انباشت دانش و یادگیری، دسترسی به شبکه‌ها، کاهش ریسک و افزایش کنترل و تعهدات نسبت به بازار کشور هدف است. همچنین نتایج اولویت‌بندی 24 خدمت مورد انتظار از مرکز رشد نشان می‌دهد همتایابی و بازاریابی مهمترین اولویت خدمات این مرکز رشد خارجی است. عملکرد کلی مرکز رشد حاکی از بهبود شیب نمودار ریسک-کنترل برای شرکت‌های مخاطب است. نوآوری مقاله در تمرکز بر ورود شرکت‌های فناوری‌محور برخاسته از کشورهای نوظهور به بازارهای خارجی با تسهیلگری مرکز رشد خارجی است.

International entrepreneurship focuses on the search for business development opportunities across borders. Foreign incubators can play an important role in facilitating the entry of companies into foreign markets. So far, however, less research has focused on the role of international incubators' in the internationalization of start-ups from developing countries. The purpose of this study is to identify and evaluate the role of these incubators in the foreign entry of technology-intensive companies from an emerging country. First, by reviewing the research literature complemented by interviews with managers of client companies, the incubator services for facilitating foreign market entry have been identified. Then, applying the importance-performance analysis (IPA) method, the existing gaps in the provided services are examined and finally, the improvement in the risk and control of exporting companies has been analysed. Based on the results of theme analysis, four main factors including knowledge accumulation and learning, access to networks, risk reduction and increasing control and commitment were identified and then 24 expected services from the growth center were prioritized. The overall performance of the incubator indicates a schematic improvement in the slope of the risk-control chart for the target companies.
