تحلیل پدیدارشناسانه عوامل درون‌سازمانی مؤثر بر استفاده از مؤسسات تولید مقاله و پایان‌نامه

چکیده

شکل‌گیری و گسترش فعالیت مؤسسات موسوم به تولید مقاله و پایان‌نامه، نظام آموزش عالی ایران را با چالش‌های مخاطره‌انگیزی مواجه ساخته‌ که در سطوح فردی، سازمانی و اجتماعی، تبعاتی را به همراه داشته است. مطالعه حاضر با هدف واکاوی عوامل درون‌سازمانی مؤثر بر گرایش به استفاده از این مؤسسات انجام شده است. پژوهش با رویکرد کیفی و به روش پدیدارشناسی انجام و نمونه‌گیری به صورت هدفمند و ملاکی انجام گرفته است. حجم نمونه، وابسته به اشباع نظری داده‌ها بوده که بر این اساس تجربه زیسته 22 نفر از صاحب‌نظران در قلمرو موضوعی مدنظر مورد بررسی عمیق قرار گرفت. داده‌ها با استفاده از فن مصاحبه نیمه‌ساختمند گردآوری و مبتنی بر راهبرد کلایزی تحلیل شده‌اند. تحلیل داده‌ها به شناسایی و دسته‌بندی پنج دسته از عوامل درون‌سازمانی مؤثر بر گرایش به استفاده از مؤسسات تولید مقاله و پایان‌نامه شامل عوامل مدیریتی، فرهنگی، نظارتی، آموزشی و فردی منتج شد. یافته‌های پژوهش نشان می‌دهد که رونق یافتن مؤسسات مقاله‌نویسی می‌تواند نشاط و پویایی مراکز علمی و دانشگاهی را از درون با چالش‌هایی جدی همراه و آنها را در تحقق رسالت‌شان در ارزش‌آفرینی و زمینه‌سازی رفاه و توسعه پایدار و متوازن جامعه، با مشکلات دوچندان مواجه نماید.

چکیده [English]

The formation and expansion of the activities of the well-known institutes to the production of articles and thesis have put Iran's higher education system at faced with questions and serious challenges that has been consequences at individual, organizational and social levels. The Present study aimed to analyze intra-organizational factors in the tendency to use the articles and thesis production institutions. The study was conducted using a qualitative method and phenomenological approach. Sampling was done purposefully and with using criterion sampling. The sample size to the theoretical saturation of data was dependent that based on this, the lived experience of 22 experts in the realm of the subject was deeply investigated. The data are collected via semi-structured interviews, and was analyzed using Colaizzi strategy. Data analysis has led to the identification and categorization of five categories of effective intera-organization factors in the tendency to use the articles and thesis production institutions, including management, cultural, regulatory, educational and individual factors. The results show that developing essay writing institutions, can accompany the vitality and dynamism of scientific and academic centers with serious challenges from their inside and could be faced them with double problems in fulfilling their mission for the creating value and welfare and preparing sustainable development of society.
