تأثیر مؤلفه‌های دانش بر تجهیز منابع مالی در بورس اوراق بهادار

چکیده

بورس اوراق بهادار به عنوان هسته اصلی بازار سرمایه با ایجاد تعامل بین سرمایه‌گذاران و پس‌اندازکنندگان و تجهیز و تخصیص بهینه منابع مالی از جمله تعیین‌کننده‌های رشد اقتصادی مستمر و باثبات است. با تأثیر مؤلفه‌های دانش بر تجهیز منابع مالی در بورس این نقش هم پررنگ‌تر می‌شود زیرا دانش به عنوان پایگاه اصلی نوآوری و تغییرات فنی در فرآیند تولید، سبب رشد فناوری و در نتیجه افزایش ظرفیت‌های تولیدی و بهره‌وری شرکت‌های بورسی می‌شود. هدف این پژوهش بررسی تأثیر مؤلفه‌های دانش بر تجهیز منابع مالی در بورس اوراق بهادار ایران بر مبنای داده‌های فصلی دوره زمانی سال 1377 تا 1393 با استفاده از روش رگرسیون حداقل مربعات است. علاوه بر مؤلفه‌های دانش که شامل زیرساخت‌های اطلاعاتی، رژیم‌های نهادی و اقتصادی، سیستم ابداعات و آموزش و منابع انسانی است توسعه بازار سهام نیز به عنوان یکی از عوامل تعیین‌کننده تجهیز منابع مالی مورد بررسی قرار گرفته است. نتایج مطالعه نشان داد که همه مؤلفه‌های دانش و همچنین توسعه بازار سهام، تأثیر مثبت و معناداری بر تجهیز منابع مالی در بورس اوراق بهادار ایران دارند.

چکیده [English]

Stock as the core of the capital market by creating interaction between investors and savers, mobilization and allocation of financial resources is the main determinants of sustained economic growth. With impact of knowledge components on the mobilization of financial resources in the Stock Exchange, this role is more clearly visible, because knowledge as the main resource of innovation and technical changes in the production process causes improvement of the technology, and thus, it causes increasing of productive capacities and productivity of stock's firms. Therefore, knowledge components due to increasing return of stock's firms cause increasing of mobilization of financial resources in stock exchange. The purpose of this study is evaluating of the effect of knowledge components on the mobilization of financial resources in the Iran's stock exchange with quarterly data during the 1998-2014 and using of Ordinary Least Squares. In addition to the knowledge components that include information infrastructure, institutional and economic regimes, the innovations system and education and human resources, stock market development has been considered as one of the determinants of financial resources. The results indicate that each of knowledge components and stock market development, have significant positive impact on the mobilization of financial resources in Iran's stock exchange.
