ارائه مدلی کاربردی برای سنجش بلوغ مديريت دانش در صنعت نرم‌افزار

به هر ميزان که سازمان‌ها دارای فرايندهای دانش‌بر بيشتری باشند، به همان ميزان نيازمند برنامه‌های واقع‌گرا و کاربردی برای مديريت دانش سازمانی به‌عنوان منبعی راهبردی برای بهبودهای مستمر آتی خواهند بود. در اين پژوهش، هدف اصلی پژوهشگران، ارائه مدلی مدون و کاربردی برای شفاف‌سازی نقش سنجش بلوغ مديريت دانش و تشريح رويکردی است که توسط آن بتوان مديريت دانش را به‌صورت راهبردی و جهت بهبودهای مستمر آينده، مورد ارزيابی و بهبود قرار داد. برای دستيابی به اين هدف، مروری مختصر بر ادبيات مرتبط با مديريت دانش و ديدگاه فکری سرمايه‌های فکری ارائه شده و سپس، مفاهيم عملکرد دانش محور سازمانی (بر مبنای شاخص‌های سنجش مديريت دانش) مورد بحث قرار گرفته‌اند. سپس، مدلی شامل عوامل و شاخص‌های تأئيد شده در ادبيات موضوعی تحقيق ارائه شده است که در آن، شاخص‌ها برحسب ميزان پيچيدگی و دشواری و طبق ارزيابی و تأئيد خبرگان، در سطوح بلوغ توزيع شده‌اند. در پايان، معتبرترين شرکت توليدکننده نرم‌افزار در ايران به‌عنوان سازمانی دانش‌محور مورد سنجش قرار گرفته و توسط مدل بلوغ مديريت دانش، سطح بلوغ آن به‌صورت دقيق مشخص شده و راهکارهايی نيز جهت بهبود بلوغ مديريت دانش اين سازمان ارائه شده‌اند تا راهگشای تحقيقات آتی در زمينه سنجش بلوغ مديريت دانش در ديگر شرکت‌های توليدکننده نرم‌افزار ايران باشد.
