بررسی تجربی ارتباط استراتژی فناوری با استراتژی و عملکرد کسب‌وکار در صنايع الکترونيک ايران

استراتژی فناوری، خصوصا در صنايعی که فناوری‌محور به شمار می‌روند و فناوری نقش مهمی در رقابت‌پذيری آنها دارد، عموما، يکی از مهم‌ترين اجزای جهت‌گيری استراتژيک شرکت‌ها به‌شمار می‌رود. لذا پژوهشگران به ارتباط ميان استراتژی فناوری و استراتژی کسب‌وکار شرکت‌ها و اثری که اين ارتباط بر عملکرد شرکت‌ها می‌گذارد توجه نموده‌اند. در اين تحقيق بر اساس داده‌های يک پيمايش و در چارچوب نظريه پيکربندی به بررسی ارتباط ميان اين دو استراتژی و عملکرد کسب‌وکار در صنايع الکترونيک ايران پرداخته شده است. نتايج حاصل نشان داده است که خصوصا در مورد استراتژی‌های کسب‌وکار تمايز و تمرکز، استراتژی فناوری نقش پشتيبان استراتژی کسب‌وکار و فراهم‌آورنده قابليت‌های رقابتی لازم را بر عهده دارد و در صورتی که استراتژی فناوری از سازگاری و قوت لازم برای ايفای اين نقش برخوردار نباشد، عملکرد شرکت‌ها ضعيف خواهد بود.
