سردبیر مهمان: درباره این ویژهنامه و سامانههای محصول پیچیده (سمپ)
عبارت CoPS (Complex p roduct or System) به محصولات و/یا سیستمهایی اشاره دارد که از درجه پیچیدگی بالایی برخوردارند[1]. محققین حوزه مهندسی سیستم، پیچیدگی را تابعی از تعداد اجزاء[2] و روابط میان اجزاء[3] تعریف میکنند[4]: به عبارت دیگر با افزایش تعداد اجزاء یک محصول/سیستم بر پیچیدگی آن افزوده میشود و در شرایطی که تعداد و اجزاء ثابت است، اگر رابطه میان اجزا محصول بیشتر شود (اجزا در تعامل بیشتری با یکدیگر باشند) یا شدت ارتباط افزایش یابد، پیچیدگی آن محصول سامانه بیشتر خواهد شد. طراحی، توسعه و تولید محصولات/سامانههای پیچیده، خود از پیچیدگی خاصی برخوردار است. مفهوم یکپارچگی[5] و موضوع یکپارچهسازی در طول فرایند تکوین و تولید این محصولات/سامانهها باید مورد توجه قرار گیرد. حذف یا اضافه کردن یک جزء، تغییر فناوری یک جزء، اصلاح روابط میان اجزاء و از همه مهمتر تغییری که در سطح معماری[6] صورت میگیرد و ترکیب[7] جدیدی را ایجاد میکند، میتوانند یکپارچگی محصول/سامانه را دستخوش تغییر کرده و تلاش مضاعفی را برای برقراری مجدد آن طلب کنند. یکپارچگی فقط به مرحله طراحی محدود نمیشود؛ بلکه باید در مراحل توسعه فرایند تولید و نیز در طول زمان تولید آن محصول/سامانه نیز برقرار باشد. چه بسیارند محصولات/سامانههایی که در مراحل طراحی و آزمایشهای متعاقب آن از یکپارچگی برخوردار بوده و عملکرد فنی مطلوبی دارند؛ ولی به هنگام تولید، یکپارچگی حاصل نمیشود و عملکرد آنها با آنچه در طراحی به دست آمده و پیشبینی شدهاست، مطابقت ندارد. موضوع راهاندازی یک خط مونتاژ[8] و یا پیادهسازی یک خط پتروشیمی یا نیروگاه و تضمینی[9] که دارنده حق بهرهبرداری[10] باید در این زمینه بدهد، به همین دلیل اهمیت دارد. پیچیدگی محصولات/سامانهها و موضوع یکپارچهسازی، ایجاب میکند که بنگاههای اقتصادی برای نوآوری در این محصولات/سامانهها، توانمندیهای خاصی را در خود ایجاد کرده و یا از طریق همکاری با دیگر بنگاه/سازمانها به این توانمندیها دست پیدا کنند. بخشی از این توانمندیها عبارتند از: - توانمندی طراحی در سه سطح مفهومی[11]، پایه[12] و تفصیلی[13]؛ - توانمندی شبکهسازی برای طراحی[14] و مدیریت شبکه؛ - توانمندی مرتبط با جذب، بهکارگیری و بهرهبرداری تجاری از تکنولوژیهای متعدد و متفرق در یک محصول/سامانه؛ - توانمندی ساخت/مونتاژ (یکپارچهسازی در فرایند)؛ - توانمندی شکلدادن به زنجیره تامین گسترده و مدیریت بهینه آن؛ - توانمندی مدیریت چرخه حیات محصول/سامانه در بازار؛ - توانمندی مدیریت دانش (ترکیب پایههای دانشی مختلف) و حفاظت از مالکیت فکری؛ - توانمندی مدیریت پروژههای بزرگ و پیچیده و با عدم قطعیت بالا. این شماره از فصلنامه سیاست علم و فناوری به موضوع "مدیریت فناوری و نوآوری در محصولات/سیستمهای پیچیده صنعتی" اختصاص یافتهاست؛ تا توجه محققین، دانشگاهیان و صنعتگران را به آن و به نقشی که میتواند در رقابتپذیری ایفاد کند، معطوف دارد و نتایج تحقیقاتی را که در سالیان گذشته (و به ویژه بعد از طرح این موضوع در کنفرانس مدیریت فناوری و نوآوری) به ثمر رسیدهاند، به چاپ برساند و در دسترس عموم قرار دهد؛ همچنین، مسیرهایی را برای تحقیقات آتی مشخص کند تا مرجعی باشد برای انتخاب موضوع پایاننامههای کارشناسی ارشد و رسالههای دکتری. امید است که مورد توجه قرار گیرد و مخاطبان محترم ما را از نظرات خود بهرهمند سازند. [1] عبارت "محصولات پیچیده" در ادبیات به تعابیر مختلف مورد استفاده قرار گرفتهاست. گاهی آن را در مقابل محصولات عادی (Commodity) قرار دادهاند. گاهی آن را به گونهای تعریف کردهاند که شامل محصولات تولید انبوه (Mass Production) نمیشود. ما در این ویژهنامه تعریف گستردهای را پذیرفتهایم که شامل یک طیف است و در آن هر محصول/سسیتم میتواند درجهای از پیچیدگی داشته باشد. یک سر طیف را محصولات خیلی ساده تشکیل میدهند؛ محصولاتی که جزء ندارند و از ترکیب یا آمیزش مواد (combination) ساخته میشوند. طرف دیگر طیف متعلق به محصولات/سامانههای بسیار پیچیدهای است که از درجه یکپارچگی بسیار بالایی برخوردارند. در میان این دو دسته، محصولاتی قرار دارند که از تلفیق یا همنهشتگی (Composition) اجزا مختلف به دست میآیند و درجه یکپارچگی متوسط به بالا دارند. با توجه به تعریف بالا: 1- محصول پیچیده لزوماً محصولی نیست که در یک سیستم پروژهمحور تولید شود؛ بلکه شامل محصولاتی نیز میشود که در سیستم تولید انبوه ساخته میشوند (مثل اتومبیل)؛ 2- محصولات پیچیده در صنایع مختلف وجود دارند (از IT تا هوا فضا)؛ 3- یک محصول ساده (کاملاً ساده) میتواند یک فرایند (سیستم) پیچیده برای تولید داشته باشد (به عنوان مثال نفت، گاز و محصولات پتروشیمی که فرایند تولید بسیار پیچیدهای دارند). [2] Components [3] Interactions [4] در میان محققین حوزه مدیریت فناوری و نوآوری، عده کمی هستند که به ادبیات مهندسی سیستم (System Engineering) نیز پرداخته باشند؛ در صورتی که دو حوزه "مهندسی سیستم" و "مدیریت نوآوری و فناوری در CoPS" فصل مشترک زیادی دارند. امید است این موضوع در آینده توسط محققین ایرانی مورد توجه قرار گیرد. تکوین توانمندی طراحی پایه در شرکت مپنابویلر بهعنوان یک بنگاه یکپارچهساز دیرآمده
توانمندی یکی از مفاهیم کلیدی حوزه راهبرد است. بهعلاوه، مفهوم توانمندی برای توضیح عدم موفقیّت بنگاههای دیرآمده در طراحی و توسعه سامانههای پیچیده، بسیار مورد توجه قرار دارد. علیرغم تلاشهای بسیار صورتگرفته و پیشرفتهای نظری قابل توجه در مورد توانمندی، هنوز مفهومپردازی و بهکارگیری آن در عمل، با مشکل روبهرو است. در این مقاله، چارچوبی برای عملیاتی کردن مفهوم توانمندی توسعه داده شده و با استفاده از چارچوب پیشنهادی، فرآیند شکلگیری و رشد توانمندی طراحی در یک بنگاه یکپارچهساز سامانه دیرآمده، در قالب یک مطالعه موردی بررسی شدهاست. به این منظور، نحوه فراهم آمدن و ارتقای دانش، مهارت و ابزار بهعنوان ریزبنیانهای توانمندی طراحی و نحوه ترکیب آنها مورد توجه قرار گرفته است. علاوه بر نشان دادن کاربردپذیری چارچوب پیشنهادی، این مطالعه موردی شناخت بهتری از نحوه اثرگذاری شرایط زمینهای و انگیزه بنگاهها بر فرآیند شکلگیری و رشد توانمندیها ارائه میکند. نتایج بهدستآمده، همچنین راهنمای مناسبی برای مدیران بنگاهها در برنامهریزی برای کسب و ارتقای ریزبنیانهای مورد نیاز و چگونگی ترکیب آنها برای شکلگیری و رشد توانمندی است.

مروری نظام مند بر ربع قرن پیشینه پژوهشی سامانههای محصول پیچیده: روندها و رهیافتها
سامانههای محصول پیچیده (CoPS) نقش چشمگیری در توسعه صنعتی، رشد اقتصادی و خلق ثروت در کشورهای توسعهیافته و درحالتوسعه بازی میکنند. از طرفی، این سامانههای محصول پیچیده دارای ویژگیها و مشخصههای متفاوت و متمایزی در مقایسه با کالاهای مصرفی با سامانه تولید انبوه هستند. این تفاوتها و تمایزها طی ربع قرن اخیر توجه تعداد زیادی از پژوهشگران و صاحبنظران حوزه مدیریت فناوری و نوآوری را به خود جلب کرده است که منجر به شکلگیری پیشینه پژوهشی و بدنه دانشی قابل توجهی حول سامانههای محصول پیچیده شدهاست. به همین دلیل نیاز است از طریق واکاوی در پژوهشهای پیشین این حوزه، به ارائه تحلیلها و آمارهای توصیفی، موضوعات مورد مطالعه و روندهای آینده این حوزه پرداخته شود. این مقاله قصد دارد از طریق مرور نظاممند پیشینه پژوهشی ربع قرن اخیر این حوزه به هدف فوق جامه عمل بپوشاند. یافتههای این پژوهش مشتمل بر ارائه آمارهای توصیفی متعدد، دستهبندی موضوعی مطالعات پیشین، معرفی روندهای کلیدی در زمینه تکامل پیشینه پژوهش، پیشنهادهایی برای پژوهشهای آتی و دلالتهای مدیریتی و سیاستی در حوزه نوآوری در سامانههای محصول پیچیده میباشد.

چارچوب همکاریهای فناورانه میان مجموعه یکپارچهساز با سایر بازیگران شبکههای نوآوری سامانههای محصولپیچیده
سامانههای محصولپیچیده یکی از عوامل ایجاد مزیت رقابتی در اقتصاد مدرن است. ویژگیهایی مانند ساختار شبکهای و حضور بازیگران متعدد با زمینههای دانشی متنوع، سبب میشود تا سازمان یکپارچه ساز یا هاب الگوهای همکاری متفاوتی را در مواجهه با هر یک از بازیگران انتخاب کند. این مقاله در پی پاسخ به این سؤال است که بر اساس ویژگیهای مختلف مرتبط با هر یک از بازیگران، محتوای دانش و فناوری مورد تعامل و سایر ویژگیهای ارتباطی میان طرفین، کدام یک از الگوهای همکاری فناورانه در این شبکهها پیشنهاد میشود. پس از مرور ادبیات، شش شاخص اصلی برای تعیین نوع همکاری فناورانه با سه گروه بازیگر اصلی شامل شرکتهای بزرگ و متوسط صنعتی، شرکتهای نوپای فناوری محور و دانشگاهها و مراکز تحقیقاتی شناسایی شد. سپس شش روش اصلی در همکاریهای سازمان یکپارچهساز با سایر بازیگران شامل برونسپاری، لیسانس، اتحاد راهبردی، تحقیق و توسعه مشترک، سرمایهگذاری مشترک و ادغام و اکتساب مدنظر قرار گرفت. در نهایت با استفاده از روش تحلیل مد خوشهای و محاسبه ضریب توافق درونی، الگوی پیشنهادی برای همکاری بر اساس وضعیت همکاری در هر یک از شاخصهای ششگانه مشخص شد.

توانمندی شبکهسازی بنگاه یکپارچهساز: مرور نظاممند پیشینه و پیشنهاداتی برای تحقیقات آتی
بنگاهها نمیتوانند تمامی منابع راهبردی موردنیاز خود را به تنهایی توسعه دهند؛ در نتیجه برخی از این منابع باید از طریق شبکههای بینسازمانی به دست بیاید. تحقیقات نشان میدهد اکثر مطالعات شبکه بیشتر بر روی پیشایندها و پیامدهای شبکه متمرکزند و کمتر به فرآیندها و توانمندیهای مرتبط میپردازند. برخی محققان تلاشهای محدودی را برای شناسایی توانمندیهای مربوط به روابط کسبوکار انجام دادهاند؛ در این زمینه، محققان «توانمندی شبکهسازی» را برای تأکید بر دیدگاه شبکه معرفی کردهاند. با وجود غنای مفهومی و تجربی قابل توجه، نامگذاریهای مختلف و تنوع نظری در ادبیات توانمندی شبکهسازی منجر به ابهام مفهومی و عدماجماع در مورد این مفهوم کلیدی شدهاست. ما سعی کردهایم با مرور نظاممند پیشینه مرتبط، این شکاف را پوشش دهیم. مرور نظاممند در این مطالعه مشتمل بر غربال ساختاریافته تحقیقات، کدگذاری آنها و مقولهبندی مفاهیم مرتبط با توانمندی شبکهسازی است. این تحقیق دو مؤلفه مهم برای توانمندی شبکهسازی را معرفی میکند: توانمندی توسعه شبکه و توانمندی مدیریت شبکه. مروری بر مفهومسازی توانمندی شبکهسازی نشان میدهد که توسعه شبکه اغلب نادیده گرفته شده و مدیریت شبکه بیشتر مورد تأکید قرار گرفته است. این مطالعه ضمن طبقهبندی مفاهیم موجود در ادبیات در ذیل هر یک از این دستهها، تعریف نظری آنها را نیز ارائه میدهد. در نهایت، ما شکافهای تحقیقاتی مطالعات توانمندی شبکهسازی را شناسایی و پیشنهادهایی را برای جهتدهی به تحقیقات آتی ارائه کردهایم.

فرایند نوآوری سامانههای محصولپیچیده در صنعت هوانوردی ایران:برهم کنش مهندسی معکوس و مهندسی رو به جلو
با توجه به الگوی متفاوت تکامل و توسعه سامانههای محصولپیچیده (CoPS) در مقایسه با مدلهای نوآوری مرسوم، این مقاله به بررسی فرایند تطور و تکامل نوآوری در سامانههای محصولپیچیده در صنعت هوانوردی ایران با استفاده از مفهوم مدل چرخه عمر در مهندسی سیستمها میپردازد. در این مقاله، مدلی برای شناسایی و تحلیل مراحل نوآوری محصول در CoPS با تمرکز بر آشکار کردن برهم کنش بین مهندسی معکوس و مهندسی روبهجلو توسعه مییابد. برای این منظور، ابتدا با مرور پیشینه و بررسی مدلهای چرخه عمر CoPS در مهندسی سیستم، چارچوبی مفهومی برای مطالعه فرایند نوآوری در CoPS ایجاد شد. سپس، از طریق مطالعه چندموردی مبتنیبر تحلیلهای توالی زمانی سه محصول پیچیده در صنعت هوانوردی، یک مدل فرایندی مبتنیبر چرخه عمر در CoPS توسعه یافت که شامل مراحل مهندسی معکوس و بازیابی طراحی (دربرگیرنده مراحل ارزشیابی و تحلیل دادهها، تولید بسته داده فنی، تصدیق طراحی، تکمیل بسته داده فنی و پیادهسازی طراحی)، مفهوم، توسعه، تولید، بهرهبرداری، پشتیبانی و کنارگذاری است. یافتههای ما چندین ویژگی بارز را درخصوص مدل نوآوری CoPS در صنعت هوانوردی ایران به شرح زیر نشان میدهد. این مدل، سیستمی پیچیده از فرایندهایی است که دارای ویژگیهای همزمانی، تکرارشوندگی، بازگشتی بودن و بهم وابستگی هستند. طی فرایند نوآوری محصول، مهندسی معکوس و مهندسی روبهجلو برهم تأثیر متقابل میگذارند. همچنین، این مدل چارچوبی نظاممند و کاربردی به منظور مدیریت بهتر فرایند نوآوری در سامانههای محصولپیچیدهای فراهم میکند که براساس ایدهها و دادههای فنی حاصل از مهندسی معکوس در تعامل با مهندسی روبهجلو و طراحی مستقیم شکل میگیرند.
